Our beloved Augustin H. Garcia, age 84, resident of San M, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Augustin is preceded in death by his parents: Rafael & Maria Garcia, sisters: Maria Chavez and Anita Franco; brothers: Felimon Garcia, Macario Garcia and Pablo Garcia. He is survived by his wife of 61yrs.: Julia R. Garcia; daughters: Rosalinda Palacios (Kristen Brodie), Mary Guerrero (Carlos) and Rebecca Garcia; son: Augustin Garcia Jr.; brother: Juan Garcia; sisters: Rafaela Deleon, Dolores Garcia, Guadalupe Guzman, Juana Garcia, Teresa Garcia and Raymunda Mendez; grandchildren: 11; great grandchildren: 6; and with other family members and friends. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2022 with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., at St. John Catholic Church ... 624 E. Hopkins ... San Marcos, Texas. Morning Visitation will begin at 8:30 am, Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church followed with Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 10:00 a.m. ...
