Our beloved warrior Elena Nicole Carter 2 years of age from San Marcos TX. Passed from this life on January 25, 2022. Elena was born February 01, 2019 at st. David hospital in Austin TX. She spent her first 6 months of her life at Dell children Hospital. Elena overcame so many obstacles in the beginning of her life. The joy that Elena brought to this world will not be forgotten. Elena will forever be remembered and loved by her grandparents Adriana Quevedo and Cesar Loyola Martinez; her mother Hayle Carter; her sister Ana Sophia Carter; her great grandparents Bonifacio Quevedo and Yolanda Garcia as well as numerous family members.
