Our beloved Valentin Sanchez Sr., age 91, resident of Maxwell, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 22, 2023. Valentin is preceded in death by his son: Valentin "Donnie" Sanchez Jr.; granddaughter: Jami Woodhouse-Sanchez; and parents: Francisco & Senona Sanchez. He is survived by his wife of 70yrs.: Matilde Sanchez; sons: Ernesto Sanchez ( wife Esther), Felix Sanchez ( Rebecca Rodriguez), Patricio Sanchez (wife Lupe) and Jose Sanchez (wife Maria); daughters: Susie Carreon (husband Julio), Irene Velasquez (husband Robert) and Delia Gonzalez (husband Adrian); sister: Frances Alvarez; grandchildren: 15; great grandchildren: 14; and with other family members and friends. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Sunday, April 30, 2023 with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Los Angeles Funeral Home ... 300 Cheatham St. ... San Marcos, Texas.
