Our beloved Arturo “Arthur” Hurtado, age 91, resident of San Marcos was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, May 1, 2017.
Arturo was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58yrs., Mary Helen Hurtado; son, Paul Hurtado; daughter, Maria Magdalena Hurtado; parents, Macario & Isabel Hurtado; brothers, Julio, Joel, Ernesto, and Michael Hurtado; sisters, Olivia Castaneda, Consuelo Duran, Lillie Mendoza, Delores Deleon, and Ines Tapia.
He is survived by numerous nieces & nephews, cousins and other loving family and friends.
Visitation will begin at 4:00pm – 9:00pm, Thursday, May 4, 2017 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 7:30 p.m., Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am, Friday, May 5, 2017 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 624 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, Texas. Burial will follow at San Juan Cemetery in Prairie Lea, Texas.
