Our beloved Maria Sierra, age 67, resident of San Marcos, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, February 1, 2019.

Maria was a loving, caring, strong, wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and most of all grandmother.  She dedicated her life to running her restaurant Mana’s #2 alongside her late husband of 50 years Gilbert Sierra.  Within running her restaurant she accumulated numerous friends who turned into family.  Whoever crossed her path would be considered blessed because she was such a giving person.  She would give you her shirt off of her back or last dollar in her pocket, she had the biggest smile and with the most contagious laugh.  A beautiful woman with a golden heart, kept her family close and was never far apart we will cherish our memories of you, everyday we’ll miss you more and more.  Yours is an example of an idyllic life to lead you were always there for us in times of need.  We will always love you and words cannot explain how we feel now that you are no longer with us, no longer in pain you shared half of a century with the love of your life now our grandpa is reunited with this beautiful woman his wife.
