Our beloved Joe Luis “Pacho” Flores Jr., age 70, resident of San Marcos, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, September 1, 2020.
Joe Luis was preceded in death by his loving parents, Jose Luis Sr. & Julia Flores; brothers, Gilberto Flores and Enrique Flores; sister, Maria Elena Duran; and nephew, Mario Rodriguez Jr..
He is survived by his sisters, Velia Teneyuque (Florentino), Maria de los Angeles “Angie” Rios (Gilberto) and Maria Dolores “ Dee Dee” Rodriguez (Mario Sr.); 18 nieces & nephews; numerous grand nieces & nephews, and numerous great grand nieces & nephews; and numerous loving family members and friends.
DUE TO COVID-19 ... CERTAIN RULES STILL APPLY … (MASK & GLOVES WILL BE ENFORCED!!) Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2020 with Recitation of Holy Rosary held at 7:00 p.m., Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church … 624 E. Hopkins … San Marcos, Texas … Rev. Father Edwin Kagoo will officiate. Interment will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park in Martindale, Texas.
