Our beloved Juan Aguilar, age 82, resident of San Marcos, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Juan is preceded in death by his loving wife: Susana P. Aguilar; sons: Juan Aguilar Jr. and Jesse Aguilar; parents: Rufino & Gregoria Aguilar; brother: George Aguilar Sr.; and sister: Teodora Andrada. Juan Fuentes Aguilar, was a wonderful kind man with a good soul. Always willing to help others. He always put others needs before his own. He love his wife of many years, his kids, grandkids and great grandkids he spoiled them so much. Our dad would provide for our family. Through many hard times along with his wife Susana, our dear mother. He had a great sense of humor, always making us laugh with funny stories and making funny faces as he told these stories. He loved being outdoors working on his lawn mowers and cutting grass, when we couldn't find him he would be at dairy Queen having coffee along with his friends from church. Juan Aguilar, Opened his heart to the Lord, or as he would put it, The lord reached out to him. He loved to sing in church, telling testimonies of his past life. As he got older, his life changed but the only thing, that didn't change was his laughter and happiness he felt as the love of his family kept him strong and full of overwhelmed love. You will truly be missed and never be forgotten, and your memories will be with us forever, rest in peace we love you dad/Grandpa He is survived by his daughters: Lucy A, Cuestas (Rosendo) and Stella A. Tovar (Rogelio): sons: Gabriel Aguilar, Raul Aguilar (Vanessa Schmitz) and Pablo P. Aguilar ( Rebecca Ann); sisters: Victoria Juarez and Guadalupe Aguilar; grandchildren: 24; great grandchildren: 38, and with other family members and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00p.m., Wednesday, September 14, 2022 with a Prayer Service beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Los Angeles Funeral Home, 300 Cheatham St., San Marcos, Texas. Morning Visitation will begin at 8:30am – 10:00am followed with a Church Service beginning at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Sinai Pentecostal Church …. 208 Laredo St. … San Marcos, Texas. Rev. Sam Montoya will officiate. Interment will follow at San Isidro Cemetery in Fentress Texas.
